Ust dripping from h2o hoop volley combo onto pool pavers and into pool within 2 weeks of purchase

Purchased your item #7638, H2O hoop volley conbo on July 1. Item was assembled for usage on July 14. On July 22. It was quickly disassembled for return to store after rust was noticed dripping down basketball assembly onto pool paver sand into swimming pool!
