It was the summer of 2011 and I noticed a rust spot on the side of the pool. I touched it and the pool began to leak. The liner was cut from the burrs that formed from the rusting pool wall. We tried to patch the side but it did not work. I contacted Namco but they were unable to help me because I did not keep my original receipt. I was just recently outside this winter 2012 and noticed a new rust spot and looked under the cover to finds that there is only 2 feet of water in the pool. We will need to buy a new pool but it will not come from Namco. They are selling damaged pools and will not stand behind their product. Who keeps their receipt after 3 years?
