I owned a Greek restaurant llc Businessin in St. Louis I used there serviceand when the business closed E M S First Hudson Leasing Francis David Corporation's lawyers crossed state lines illegally hired a Lawyer here in st. Louis drained my bank account. After a judgment was served. I couldn't fight it because I was out of town when the letter from court arrived they got 3200 out of my account they said I owed them 5100 for the equipment. I contacted them and they said if I gave the equipment back they would refund my money the equipment was worth maybe a few hundred dollars I sent it back no refund and the judgment is still on my credit report saying I still owe them 5100 dollars! Since 2008 I have not been able to refi my house and have this huge scar on my credit report.
