Looks like quite a few of us small business owners have been taken. I too am faced with a lease for overpriced, usless equipment. We need to stand as one voice and not let Norvergence and the leasing companies get away with this scam. Doesn't a leasing company have some responsibility to determine the "fair market" value of the equipment they are leasing?
I suggest we all contact the Public Service Commissions in our respective states. At least a database of comlaints will be on record. I would like to see a class action suit to void the leases. Strength in numbers!!
