AT&T Wireless has continued to send me a bill for over 6 years that was a mistake of thiers. After cancelling a cell phone, they reused the number for another client and kept sending me the bill. Numerous calls, letters, and emails could not resolve this problem. AT&T has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. It is not worth the hassle of ever doing business with this company, it is UNLAWFUL and ashame that a consumer has no rights against this mega-giant.
After finally giving up and paying the bill with a collections agency, to attempt to get it off my credit report about a year ago, I have just recieved ANOTHER bill from another collections agency. At&t is a true nightmare, avoid doing business with them at all cost, trust me its wort it in the long run.
