Ripoff I recieved an E-bill notice almost twice what it should be., Arlington

I recieved an E-bill notice almost twice what it should be. When I checked it out I had a charge from USBI (never heard of them) for over $80 for three calls to The United Kingdom. We don't know anyone out of the USA. I looked them up on the internet before calling them. All links for that company came up page not found. I found this website, though. I'm glad I did. I don't know sounds like a scam to me. And I certainly will deal with it as such.
