IT is most arrogant to debit an acount with no advance billing amount, especially when there have been two major increases in 2 months. The company insists that it doesn't have to justify their increases and they act like the cable and phone companies.
I guess that we are just a number, but I am going to choose to be some one else's number.
They were a pretty good service except for their outages which have been several times in the PAST MONTH alone!
