Rip off for sure! On 6/21, I purchased a Rope Chain Necklace online from this company and paid with my credit card successfully in the amount of $226.98. I paid for expedited shipping and should have received my order by 06/29. To date, I have not received any product or a refund. I have contacted this company incessantly via email because they have no phone number listed. However, no one will respond. I want my money back on my card and to make others aware of the shady business tactics these people engage in. BEWARE!!!
