Considered ordering product. After having to go through multiple add-ons with shipping to cost more than product, decided not to buy and exited site. I had already entered by card info, but did not order, just closed browser. Surprised to discover next day that $98.65 taken out of my bank account. Immediately called and talked to "supervisor". Said couldn't "cancel" because "order" was already in process. Could refund $39! Would not refund $98.65. Customer service rep said "management" would have to call me within 24-48 hours. No call yet... Also next day received suspicious phishing emails, but no "order confirmation" email from this company. Just shady, shady, shady.
