I have had a credit card for over 2 years never missed payments this month my check from work did not hit checking the day i had payment set up with lord and taylor so it got returned but when i got the email from lord and taylor immediately sent another check and asked customer service to credit me for late payment which they did a day later i get an alert from y credit reporting stating that account closed when i called lord and taylor rep and manager very very rude they closed account due to check being returned when i said to them i have been a loyal payer never missed this was just an unfortuate situaiton they said loyalty does not matter to lord and taylor account closed very very rude wrote several letter demanding to reopen nothing i will never give lord and taylor a penny knowing they do not care about the consumer there are so many other better stores do not make lord and taylor rich
