I enjoy my job as an associate, but I have seen some shady happenings occurring in my location. There have been sales loss due to other associates holding/reholding items for his/herself that customers would like to purchase. It has been mentioned to management, but the practice still goes on. What are we to do as an associate, when we are losing sales to the competitor.
