The order for service was done and payed for (1st payment U$2,275) on June 21.
Pick up was scheduled initially for 07-16-04. Five days before, the pick-up date was changed to July 14th. The day before (07/13) at 4:30 pm, when everything was packed, they changed to the 19th, which was the same day we were leaving to Spain. Our travel plans were made according to the initial pick-up date informed by the company.
We had to move everything out of the apartment and store in our garage. On the 19th, they rescheduled to the 20th, and then to the 26, and then to August 2nd. And did not show up on Aug 2nd. We decided to cancel the service and request our original title for our ford focus and the 1st payment back (U$ 2,275) on August 4th. They never picked up the goods and won't refund the money. Won't return calls or answer e-mails.
