After shopping around and getting many quotes for a move from MI to FL, I chose White Star. The salesman, Chuck, assured me that the crew handling my move was excellent and everthing would be perfect. It was not! My move was for a 2 bd apartment. There was only enough items to take up less than 1/3 of the truck. My belongings were mixed with other people in other states. There are 4 boxes missing an no one knows where they are!!! How can you lose 4 boxes that are labeled and inventoried? The worst part is I have called over and over again to ask if any one has tried to trace my boxes. Carol, is very hard to reach and does not return calls. I even left a message for the Owner, Kerry. He did not call either. After waiting almost a month, Carol said the boxes are lost and I should file a claim. Can they replace a Tiffany Lamp that was hand painted??? I don't think so! Do Not Use This Company! They cannot be trusted and they do not care! Rent a truck and drive yourself! At least when you get there, you can unload all your belongings!
