They showed up late on move day and truck sent was not big enough and they were unable to pack all items and complete our move. They also ran out of protective blankets and numerous items were wrapped with boxes that they charged us for, or nothing at all was used to protect our belongings which resulted in damaged property. They never returned our calls the next day to address incomplete move issues. We wound up leasing a rental truck which we packed ourselves with additional costs for fuel and tolls. Upon arrival at destination they required full payment with $1,000 extra to cover the cost of the additional boxes and would not release our furniture until we paid. We paid in full and they stated they would resolve any discrepancies prior to leaving. Numerous items were damaged and they left without returning any money. This was a classic bait and switch in which they under-estimated the total cost so we would sign the contract with them, sent a very poor moving crew that had a truck that was too small and not enough blankets to protect our belongings and switched at delivery with an enormous overcharge and would not release furniture until full payment was made. They will not return calls to settle our damaged property claim and have emailed a final payment well below the value to repair our furniture. Do NOT use this company in any way, shape, or form.
