Classic International was contracted through National Moving Network to move me from Dallas to Washington State. I paid an additional sum to consolidate an extra pick up in Denver. I was told the Dallas and Denver belongings would be shipped together. The Dallas belongings went from my house to storage in Arlington, TX. The Denver belongings went back to Dallas.
A month after many phone calls, the Dallas belongings were delivered without the Denver items. The Dallas delivery had crushed boxes, damaged furniture, missing boxes and boxes that had been opened and gone through with items stolen. Smaller boxes were put into larger boxes - which they charged me for. Items they packed were destroyed.
Representatives at Classic would not return phone calls regarding the Denver items. 2 months later the Denver shipment was delivered with the same kind of issues as the Dallas move. The shipment came without an inventory list or a weight number.
The people at Classic are very rude, unprofessional and don't stand behind their web site motto: incredible reputation with people on the move, safe reliable & timely shipment, expert packing/tracking shipment/personal care/enures things arrive in excellent condition.
To me this is false advertisement.
