Stop using my money

I’m getting completely sick and tired of the trouble of attempting to stop my AOL Broadband membership. I've recently transferred in with my partner who currently has O2 broadband, therefore the AOL support on my previous (hired) level is merely no further needed. I approached AOL, and also the termination coaching appeared to be approved okay. Simply to make sure, I published to my lender, requesting them to stop the cost at their finish too. Subsequently, when my membership day arrived around, surprise shock, the cost was removed from my bill. I originally called my bank, who described the cost to AOL is by debit card, in the place of Direct Money, meaning they (the bank) can’t quit it at their finish. Nonetheless they did provide to place via a chargeback state, to obtain the cash back from AOL. I also approached AOL who apologized, and established that my support had absolutely been terminated. Obviously, this month the same has occurred again. It’s just £20 but that’s truly not the purpose – can there be no method to quit these folks getting cash to get a support they're no further supplying?! Please AOL, enter contact with me and avoid this stress occurring again.
