I've never taken the time to complain online/in store - but at this point it seems reasonable to say something.
The Hudson, NH (across from Stop and Shop) Dunkin Donuts store is the worse store in the entire Northeast region. I travel over 30,000 miles a year (by car), and am an avvid DD customer - so there is some basis for my complaint.
The basic issue is one of pride. The workers, while nice, have no pride in what they do. They ask you what you want (while trying to sell you 100 things you don't want) - then they don't listen, and repeatedly get the order wrong.
I've tried the drive through, large regular and 2 glazed donuts, 50% of the time either get the wrong coffee, no donuts, wrong donuts.
C'mon - YOU SELL COFFEE and DONUTS - how can you repeatedly get this wrong.
Now I understand - the drive through is crazy - with all the yuppies ordering specialty coffee with whip cream, caramel, jimmies, and a specialty sandwich - so maybe I'll just park and go inside.
Nope - same issue. Wrong order (3 times in one week)
The fun part about going into the store is you can watch all the people who just went through the drive through, park their cars (if they can find parking) and come into complain about their orders being messed up.
I know the red/green sign above the workers on the drive through supposedly tells them how they are doing - but it is more than numbers - all it takes is to listen to the order -
"Thank you for coming to Dunkin Donuts, may I take your order" THEN LISTEN.
If i was as bad at my job as they are at theirs - I wouldn't have a job.
