Kept items, slow service, no records

I took items to be auctions on march 13 and never heard from until may 7th. The invoice showed some of my items, some items not mine at all and items not listed as sold or any type of status. Contacting the compay resulted in being we will get to it some time.

They get few if any records of specific items.
