I have been using Foopile to win auctions. The penny bid site charges me $. 49 to buy bids and I can try to win auction items with these bids. If I do not win then I can use the value of the bids that I spent on the auction to go towards buying an auction item. I have four auction items that were won through buy it now, a combination of cash and bids was used to pay for these items. I won the first of these four two months ago on May 26. I have 3 Amazon gift cards worth $50 each, with a $2.99 delivery charge on each. I also won a Cusinart stick blender that I paid and used bids valued at $32.99 5.99 shipping. I could have bought each and all of these items for less than I paid through Foopile, but I tried to win the auction so that is the price I pay. Additionally I have used buy it now to buy more bids on Foopile.
Currently they are delinquent on 5 shipments of goods and I have a bunch of bids that I have bought. Since the auction items are not being delivered I would like to be reimbursed for the value of the items and bids that I have on this site. The total of these items are: ($50.00 2.99) X 3 32.99 5.99 shipping and $69.99 5.99 for a heart rate monitor.
I have contacted them numerous times and have not received any goods. I have been promised that the items would ship weeks ago and their site indicates that the items should arrive in a month.
