Im extremely disappointed in Marshall Sylver and the way his company has handled all of my correspondence. I purchased two courses in October under the impression that there were always multiple dates per year. There was one date in November that I knew going in I wouldnt be able to make, but was reassured that there were many dates a year and that the next course would be offered very soon. Its now the middle of May, almost 8 months later, with not even a date set for the future.
The customer service is no help at all and are extremely condescending, which really adds insult to injury. Its $2,000 I wish I had NEVER spent and I feel completely taken by this company. I cant say much about the class itself because I dont plan on attending itsince I was promised that if I attended the first day and was not wowed, I could receive a refund. Which Im not even sure will be honored. This is a terrible way to run a business, and to take $2,000 from someone for future services which are explicitly made out to seem frequent and convenient for your schedule, then not hear from them (not a single e-mail or phone call or apology) for almost 8 months.?! How does this company still exist?
