I can't believe the insensitivity of these people!!!
I contacted the Learning Annex and I spoke with Michael K and I told him that there was a death in my family and I would be flying out of state at the time of the seminar so I need to know how to go about getting a refund.
He was completely unprofessional and insensitive to my situation. He said "well what do you want me to do about it?" He raised his voice at me several times and talked over me repeatedly.
Beware of dealing with these people they are very rude and crude! Unfortunately I did some research on this site AFTER I dealt with them.
I would never recommend buying their products or additional services outside of the seminar!
