Neither myself or my husband would ever have made this type of call. I tried the phone number for billing inquiries and after 20 minutes of a recording stating I should be helped in XX amount of time, the recording was updated to state the it was past the time and I should phone between business hours. I now have about 2 hours of my time as an independent contractor invested in this rip off.
