Included in an SBC telephone bill dated May 22, was a charge from Telseven LLC for $5.52 for a claimed directory assistance call made 4-27 to Nevada. No one from my phone ever made such a call. SBC tells me they are required by law to include such fraudulent charges on their bill. After a nearly half-hour long session to Telseven's 800 number I was promised a credit. I can now add "liar" to the characterization of this company as well as fraudulent. I am retired and have more time than money and intend to pursue this with Michigan's Public Service Commission and Attorney General as well as the FCC. Regulations must be changed so that legitmate telephone companies do not have to accept these fraudulent charges to bill to their customers.
