After sale, could care less

Delivery of my item was 3 1/2 late and required bribing of the drivers to come aback and removal of my old fridge because they claimed it could not be done (old fridge was bigger then the new one by the way). Called sales guy about delivery debacle and lost food and he could care less, he referred me to his manager who also could care less. Then about 1 year later the 1500 fridge broke, 3 days of promised repair with no call no show does not help. When repair guy finally came he said it was a bad electronic control pandel and thermostat. Really? It is leaking in the freezer compartment, a leak that stops when the water supply to kitchen is turned off, this home leak test i did was done while the fridge was turned off and UNPLUGGED. So tell me repair guy who spent 30 seconds looking at the product how is the electronic thermostat causing a leak that stops and starts when water supply is turned off while fridge is unplugged, is it a magic thermostat that works with no power. HHgregg can care less about the problem, they say my beef is with NEW the warrantly company, i remided them that I did not pay NEW I paid them, they still didnt care. This is a bad bad company
