My account was credited $10. My friend and I referred others, one of which was at my home at the time. She was going through some things and wanted to get a reading. She used my computer. Afterwards, I was locked out of my account. Someone changed my password there. When I clicked on "contact us", I got a response to try a different password. When that didn't work, I got a nasty email from DOUG. My friend did too. He said we were playing games on the site and were now banned. We asked him what he was talking about and he became even ruder. He claims that we were making up fake people and addresses and he "knows" this because they have software that detects the IP address from the computers. First of all, if more than one person lives in a household and shares a computer... Does this mean we can't ALL get an account there??? How ridiculous! I hope DOUG is fired because he's truly unprofessional.
