I purchased home phones on 2-27-09, with a 2 yr warranty, when I got home and hooked phones up on cradle was missing, I notified store of missing cradle explained I did not need cradle but wanted to make sure would not effect my warranty and was told no and they didn't have any of the phones in stock to exchange, phones stop working in July but had moved and misplaced reciept ABC Warehouse told me I had to have reciept in order to return, I found reciept and returned to store on 2-27-11 last day of warranty to be told that they had to contact corporate on monday because of missing cradle, I got no call on Monday so I called on today the store act as if they hadn't seen me in person on Sunday so I called and made a complaint to get a call back fro m Mike (didn't get last name) from corporate telling sorry nothing he could do because the me warranty is expired even saleperson wrote on the reciept still in warranty just have to talk with corporate to make due on warranty. Corporate is closed on the weekend so would have been the 28th after warranty expired for me for them to talk with corporate. Needless to say I am pissed off and will never do business with them again but I still would like my phones replaced also today I'm told they could have looked up the reciept in July that I did not need my original reciept so what kind of business can the run when the sales personel is lying to the consumer and corporate is allowing it and stabbing you in the also at the same time. Help!!!
