For Christmas I went to Kohls and purchased 6 items for a total of $116.93. One of the items did not fit so I returned it with my receipt that items was for $19.99. I did recieve $20.00 Kohl's cash for each $50.00 spent. When I returned my shoes that I paid $19.99 all they gave me was $6.42 because they said I used my 10.00 Kohl's cash. Now if I had just returned the shoes without my reciept I would have received the full amount of $19.99. The reciept said return amount 19.99-trans disc 3.99 - Kohls cash 10.00=6.42. Now why does the whole amount of the 10.00 come off one item when I purchase 6 items. I just believe it was unfair and I will think twice the next time I decide to shop at Kohl's. It was at store 1213.
