Thank you Kohl's store#198 in Bangor Maine. I purchased Bissell steam cleaner in your store in 09. After using it about two dozen time it failed to dispense liquid. I looked on-line for a fix. It didnt work I spoke to Bissell no luck. They said we dont make that model anymore, their suggestion ws to return it to Kohl's. Thank you Kohls for stepping up and exchange my steamer for a compariable one. A special that you to Nicky. I am a devoted Kohl's shopper.
