Lousy customer service and problem resolution! Ripoff!

T-mobile is absolutely incapable of resolving customer complaints regarding their errors on bills.

I closed my account after one year of activation - paid as agreed. 11 months later i received a bill for $325.26 from a collection agency. I called the agency, they couldn't tell me what it was for. I called T-Mobile (5 times including corporate headquarters) and got the same story, "we don't know what it was for, since it has been so long. We no longer have the records. JUST PAY US!"

Have they ever heard of the Fair Credit Reporting Act? Doesn't seem they have.By the way, customer relations is in New Mexico, and they don't have phones!!! A lot like AT&T was. "If you can't find us, you can't complain to us".

After weeks of trying to get this fixed and removed from my credit report, they still don't know why i owe it. They think it might have been from the first month i had the phone... But if i didn't pay my monthly bills, wouldn't you have disconnected me???

Not really sure who they think pays bills without proof, especially since i paid the last bill they sent to me in May (and it didn't include the $325.

BOTTOM Line - STAY AWAY FROM T-Mobile their customer service stinks as bad as their signal strength.
