PC floors representative came to us and quoted a price for installing carpets/vinyl for our apartments and promised us the carpet is better than the one we were using and the price would be lower than we were currently paying. Then we agreed on it and they installed the carpet/vinyl for us. But when they billed us, the price is doubled.
We paid them what we were promised; however, they put a lien on our property and threaten our manager by saying "you would never be able to work in this town again if he follow through with a lawyer because it looks bad on me that he is not being paid."
They also threaten us by saying "we would be unable to order "clicks" with Texas Apartment Association until they settle the account with us. This means that leases would be temporarily halted."
