I ordered carpet and vinyl on August 20. I asked the sales person roughly how long before it would be installed, she said about 2-3 weeks. Well the carpet came in a week later. The installers called 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered to tell me installers won't put it in until the Vinyl is installed first. The expected delivery date for the vinyl was September 6, yet today is the 13th. So for the last 24 days I've been sitting in an empty house waiting for new floors, when I should have been move to California to be with my new husband buy this point. Come on! 24 days and no install? Is the vinyl being shipped from China by kayak? My house should be completed by now!
