I have had several contacts with Sears about their installation of vinyl flooring and carpet since March. It cost $100 for them to come and inspect. 1st guy agreed that both were not right. Another guy came to measure for the vinyl replacement. The seams were bad and the edges were not glued properly and had came away from the wall on 3 sides. I called several times to see when the work would be done. When I did get a reply, I was told that the installer was away for personal reasons, or replacement vinyl had not been located yet. I was shifted to several people in Albany, N.Y. Finally in September, I received a letter saying that it was not due to their installers error. They were putting all of the blame the the manufacturer. They were not willing to do anything. I have bought a lot of appliances, equipment and merchandise from Sears in the past. I am now done with Sears.
