Had an appointment at 0800, technician showed at 1100. Was quoted a price of $99.00 for whole house when the appointment was made. Technician explained that the $99 was basically a "water" cleaning. So, in other words, because the technician was using "my water" I would be paying for him to spray "my water" over my carpet. So, for an additional $50 per room, he could "deep clean" my carpets which "should have" removed all stains and heavy traffic areas. Well, I agreed to this $50 for 2 rooms to be "deep cleaned" in which that was a "joke", my entire day was wasted, for the technican was in my house for 4 hours, do basically do "nothing!" I could have done a better job myself, I truly believe there were "no" chemicals used to clean the carpets and I was "ripped off" for over $200.00, thank God that was all I agreed to because my original quote was $700.00. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! TERRIBLE service. And to top it off, the Technician drove over 100 miles to my house and his supervisor, Wayne, called and harassed him the whole time he was there because of the amount of time he had spent there... Because he had 3 more jobs for this poor technician to do once he drove (his POV) back the 100 miles to Maryland. I told the Technician the company was a scam and a RIP-OFF!!
