Technician initially told me that he'd have to "cut into" our $10,000 new furnace/air conditioning system in order to clean the air ducts. When I told him to forget the air ducts and just clean the carpets, he told me he could clean the ducts "another way, but it would take longer" and offered a discounted price to clean both the air ducts & carpets. Afterwards, it took two days for the carpets to dry and it did not look detergent had been used at all! The air ducts over those two days blew all kinds of dirt & black fuzz that had been "stirred up" from his "positive pressure" air duct cleaner and made a mess. When called to complain, the same technician returned 3 days after my phone call to address my complaint. He again told me that he would have to cut into my new furnace duct work in order to "clean it properly." Again, I said no cutting and asked for a refund so I could contract with another service company. I was told no. The answer to my carpets was that I'd have to pay extra to have them "scrubbed" / recleaned! There are only two adults, never have had pets, and never wear shoes in our house - there was no "scrubbing" necessary, just cleaning with adequate detergent in order to remove accumulated dust/hair//circulated stuff from the air ducts. Again, no resolution! The company says they are licensed & bonded, but their invoice has no address, and no license/bond numbers listed! This is a rip off outfit! Do not throw your money away on this cleaning company! Learn from our mistake!
