A few weeks before my husband deployed to Texas for two months for training before going overseas to Afghanistan. I decided to pay up our cell phone bills up in advance. I went to the same store we had been in a few times before to pay our bill. When I went into the store the owner said his debit machine was broken and I would have to pay in cash. I told him that was fine and ran across the street to the bank and came back.
I payed three months on my husbands number, and three months on mine, which came out to three hundred dollars and some change. The owner printed me a recite and I left. A week later my husband had to service so I called Boost Mobile, they told me I need to pay my bill. I told them I just put $150 on the account. I was concerned so I asked them to check my number. They told me I needed to pay my bill in a few days also.
They than suggest I go to the store where I made the payment and talk to the manger. So that morning I got up and drove over to the store only to find it empty, with a sign on the door that said "for lease." I than called the number on the for lease sign and talked to the owner of the building. He was very sympathetic and told me the guy who owned the boost mobile store was way behind on the rent and was evicted.
After going back an forth with boost and e-mailing a copy of my recite, giving them the name and phone number of their employee who screwed, me they basically told me it was my mistake not theirs. I am so disgusted with this company I really cant put it into words.
