I was unhappy with the cut and color at the salon which were poorly and hastily rendered.
When I spoke to the owner (who provided the service!) on the phone four different times I told her how unhappy and dissatisfied I was, she said she would send a refund.
She did not. She refused a claim I made with my bank as well - actually LYING in response to it. After years of going to her, I am woefully disappointed in her poor conduct.
