Bad quality, zero customer service

I ordered 3 blazers, 2 blouses and 2 pairs of pants. They charged my credit card the same day I made the order, shipping took more then 3 weeks. The blazers and the blouses were cut wrong and wouldn't have fit anyone right. The pants were not the ones I ordered, I did keep them though because they fit nicely. I returned everything else via UPS, the warehouse received them August 1. It is now November 14 and I still have not received my credit. I have called 4 different times, they keep telline me that it may take 2 charge cycles for the credit to show up. Well, it's been 3 charge cycles and still no credit. The department for "irate customers" won't even answer their phone! Today all the circuits are busy and I can't even get through. It should not take 3 1/2 months to get a credit, especially when they charge you account the same day and take more then 3 weeks to ship your merchandise. No wonder they are having financial problems, I would never do business with them again would not recommend them to anyone. To sum up: they charge you very quickly, are not very accurate with their orders, delivery slowly, and don't seem to want to give a credit at all. Do not do business with this company!!!
