Hair colo

I recently moved, so i had to choose another salon to get hair color, was told by the owner when i asked them to let me know what the colors were that were mixed by stylist, they do not write the colors down that they use, so they go by looking at the hair, to me that's scary, my husband told me my hair was a different color each time i went??? Hmm. Do not recommend this place for hair color
