I got a horrible..in fact. The worst haircut of my life here. And I have had some bad ones. Never have I asked for a refund until this one! It will take me a good 6-8 months to get my hair to where I can get it cut. Never mind what I wanted..
I spoke with Dana the manager and told her how unhappy I was and asked for a refund. She said they have a 'no refunds' policy. And for a hair salon that says a lot... They must get a ton of requests for refunds... They refused to refund my money
They are in a nice shopping center so I guess they get a lot of women in... So they can keep screwing them up and never run out of customers.
Being in the hair business they should know how important hair is and take better care of their customers. Buyer beware. STAY AWAY...
Look at what they could have avoided by simply making a refund... The fact that a salon refuses to make a refund speaks volumes...
Bottom line. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Simple and honest
