I had been on automatic shipment of products for many years and decided to cancel my membership. Couldn't do it online, so called. Representative said he could not cancel; that I needed to fill out a form. He emailed the form to me; I filled it out and emailed back. They tried to call and email to "resolve the problem". I told them I just wanted my account canceled. I received a "backup order" a couple weeks later and saw they charged my card and now have received another "backup order".
I blocked them from my card and just found they charged another card I used many years ago. I will block them from this card also; but a huge red flag of a fraudulent company that thinks nothing of charging your card without permission and refusing to cancel your membership. I regret I ever supported this company with a dime. Overpriced products and unethical (making you wonder also about their products).
