Sprint PCs has service with numerous of my family members and friends. Calls are constantly dropped in a safe area and the company ripes you off with your bill. The internet says one thing and *2 on the phone says antoher and when you call the Customer Service Rep says another. Then once the bill is figured out you have been over paying when they tell you that you have been paying less and disconnect your service.
You ask questions and they do not give you the accurate information you change your address to recieve bills at your new residence and still no bill arrives. They are not sure what the words "Customer Service" means it is always a line when you go in to ask questions regarding your phone or phone bill. That means a lot of people are complaining for the same or similar service.
