After contacting Sprint's customer service dept. With questions about my billing (I believe I have been overcharged many times), not only they were not able to answer my questions, on top of that, the customer service representative told me that if I did not like it I could go with my business to another company. This person continued to harass me and offend me.
When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, this other person came to the phone and did not even let me speak, he just told me that I could no longer talk to anybody unless I paid (I said I could not pay for anything until my billing questions were answered first). This person proceeded to hang up the phone on me.
I could not believe SPRINT employed so unprofessional people.
I have had the service for more than two years and I have never received a paper bill. I always find out I owe them money when my service is interrupted, and eventhough my plan is supposed to be thirty something dollars plus tax, they always charge me around $80.00. I wrote to them saying I wanted to cancel and now they are asking for $150.00 as penalty, when I do not have a yearly contract with them.
Stay away from this company.
They are going to lose business one customer at a time.
