I purchased a phone in one of their venders on madison ave with a rebate of seventy dallors due with five to six weeks. The service plan 4000 minutes and seven thousand included week ends.
I lost my receipt, but i charged it on my visa card. I was told that my monthly fees will be around $49.90 with one year contract.
Here what i considered rip-off, less than three weeks, my service was suspended. When i called asking to know why my serice was turned off? A lady told me because i did not pay my bill of
($85.00) Why? I never had this service for aleast 30 days or more.
Beside, there was no bill from customer service to me. I asked this lady who answered my questions, when was this bill of $85.00 sent? All she said was, the bill was sent to you.
If i am to pay this bill, i want my service turn on and i be glad to do so. I can pay this bill now with card or a cheque but my service first. This is a rip-off, please try to stop it.
