It seems I have joined the ranks of those ripped off from The Ultimate Facial. I used the product once and my face became red and sensitive. I then proceeded to follow the procedure to return the products. I called the number they gave to get an RMA#, however, the phone recording would never send me to a person from whom I could attain an RMA#. The recording kept repeating itself to punch in the phone number from which the order was placed. Thus, I returned the product (in a timely fashion) without the RMA #. They reported that they received the product and cancelled my account. However, they took $78.48 out of my checking account and now refuse to reimburse me. They (customer service) said I did not return the product properly. They will not listen to me, give me to a person with more power, state that I am not eligible for a refund and are extremely rude and nasty. Yes, I used some swear words but they drove me to distraction. They will not give you any satisfaction. It is a lie when they say Risk Free Trial. They are a very dishonest company and steal money from people and refuse to return it. I hope that some how they be held legally responsible for their illegal activities and everybody is not only refunded but receive compensation for the amount of distress they cause on the phone. They are rip-off artists. I hope other people read these reports before they purchase the product.
