Hi my name is Alicia I was a customer of uncle bobs miami #722 location for a yr. I paid much higher fees than everyone i made mention of this to the on site mgr yanely cowley over and over again. She insisted that i was grandfathered in and she couldn't change the cost. During my time with uncle bobs i was informed by 3 medical doctor's that i needed to have a hysterectomy right away because the tumors were pressing on my all of my organs to say the least i fell behind 2 months due to worry and fear of follow up appts with the doc, uncle bobs miami auctioned $20,000 of my belongings for 25 dollars no call, email or anything.
