I was offered a free trial and my bank account has been debited 2 months in a row for $85.00 each time. They have only a machine when you call. Boulder Colorado internet

I ordered a free trial of Ultimate Facial. My bank account was debited for $85.00 for this FREE sample. When I tried to reach the company all I could get was a recording so just wrote off the $85.00 to a bad mistake. When I received my next statement they had taken another $85.00. I went on the internet and cancelled my account so that this would not happen again. This product was not worth the shipping and handling which was all I was supposed to pay. My husband and I are retired and on a low fixed income and cannot afford these ripoffs.
