On the morning of 9-25 I purchased a pair of shoes from "The Shoe Warehouse" a child company Of Southern Leather Inc. I tried them on and they were comfortable I completed the sale.
That same evening when I put the shoes on to wear them to an event they were extremely tight. My feet had swollen. I bought the shoes at the wrong time of day.
The next day I went to return them and was told I could not get my money back but I could exchange them. They didn't have another shoe like that one that would fit and there was nothing else in the store that I wanted or needed.
I kept my ticket and continue to check out the merchandise periodically to see if they had anything that I could use; since I was unable, according to their Pollicy, to get my money back.
It was not until June of this year that i saw some more shoes that I wanted, they cost more, However, I was willing to pay the difference.
The management in the store refused to allow the transaction. Stating that a year had passed and they were unwilling to make any kind of exchange.
The Sales receipt clearly states 09-25 as date of purchase as do my debit card receipt. This was only June I pointed out. It has not been a year. Makes no difference, we will not exchange nor will we give you a refund you just lose.
I stormed angrily out of the store, shouting lawsuit all the way to my car. Wanting to do something stupid to these low life MFs.
Now I want the whole store. I have been used and abused.
