To whom this may concern:
My mom recently visited your Evansville store and asked for my brothers to get fitted for shoes to play varsity tennis. She wanted to get them true tennis shoes that would last and not blister their feet. The salesman sold her two pairs of $100 New Balance shoes and after only a week or two of wear, one pair already has a hole. My mom went back to your store with her receipt to she if she could get a refund or an exchange and all that was offered to her was 20% off another pair of shoes!!! The man said that the salesman was inexperienced and sold her running shoes. My mom was very specific in what she asked for and if your salesman sold her the wrong shoes than your company should make it right. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service and I will tell everyone I know how dissatisfied I am. I like to support local businesses, but yours is one I will never support and inform others of your poor customer service as well. You could make this right by giving her money back for selling either the wrong shoe or a defective shoe, or at least exchange them for the proper shoe.
