Flabby Aldo shoes after 1 wear and the store refuses to let me return or exchange them - aldo shoes

I bought four pairs of Aldo shoes in the Aldo store in Ontario Mills (located in Ontario, California, USA) on 7/8. Last week I was going grocery shopping and wearing one of the pairs to the supermarket once and found out that their got widened and flabby. My heels were getting out of the shoes as a I walked each step and I had to walk slowly to get to my car and went home. Today (7/29) I went out to Costco wearing this pair for the 2nd time and they were giving me the same hard time. So I had to bring this pair of shoes back to the store with the sales receipt and asked the clerk for return or exchange. The girl clerk refused it and said since I wore them, she couldn't do anything for me. I said matter of factly that I had never experience a US shoe store that wouldn't do a return/exchange for their propducts within 30 days after sales when their shoes have problems. I also explained that if I didn't wear them how would I be able to know they had problems. I asked to talk to the store manager. She said the manager was on a break, if I wanted to talk to him, I have to come back in 15 minutes. I said I would come back. When I came back, she pointed me to the store manage (he said his name is George), I noticed instantly that he was at the store when I walked in for the first time. I realized that the clerk probably wanted to see if I would give up and not coming back, so they didn't have to deal with a customer who bought their problematic shoes, but I explained the same things to the manager. He refused the return/exchange as well and said I could call and complain to Aldo headquarter if I want to, and although other shoe stores might have 30 days return/exchange policy, Aldo's not doing it. So the result is, I'm stucked with this flabby and widden pairs of shoes became like this after the first hour I wore them and they costed me USD$55 tax after. I do not understand why Aldo refused to let customers return/exchange their shoes with problems. I guess in the future, I and all potential Aldo customers have to be just extra careful when we purchase any Aldo shoes, be aware, no matter what problems you may get with the shoes, they refused to give you return nor exchange even with in the same month of purchase. For being Aldo's customers, you either have to have super sharp eyes to tell if the shoes have problems before you put your feet in or you just have to have a lot of extra cash to be ready for the non-return/exchange policy.
