I bought a female French Bulldog for my wife on 11/23/10 from Anderly Chanson aka 'Angie' & her partner, Morgan Baker. After negotiating the price for an AKC registered puppy, I asked about the paperwork before taking the pup home. They claimed that the paperwork was in the mail & it would be forwarded to us when received. For a period of a few months, I would text her once/month asking about the paperwork. She would just apologize each time saying they were frustrated as well. Hmm.
After a few months, I discovered that she changed phone numbers & decided to make the hour drive to their home. They lived in a rural home in the country (Bastrop, TX) where the driveway is only accessible via a locked gait. I left a written note to give me a call, but no one ever did. It was a couple of months later that I saw one of their online ads with the new phone number. I called & reached Morgan.
